El Rodizio was the first Brazilian-type steak house to be opened in Spain. It has three spectacular counters of hot and cold starters that customers can combine as they like.
There are more than 70 different choices, including exotic salads, sushi and sashimi; palm hearts and asparagus, taramosalata and hummus; smoked salmon and fish carpaccio, vegetable and prawn tempura; salmorejo (cold tomato soup), king prawns and marinated foods, Galician-style octopus; sautéed wild mushrooms and grilled vegetables.

El Rodizio offers a wide selection of 18 types of meat and fish prepared to original recipes: hump, rump cut, rump, barbecued lamb, roasted sucking lamb, duck magret, Iberian shoulder of ham, sucking pig and t-bone steak. All of them spit-roasted and presented at the table on heated trolleys. Apart from this attractive selection, El Rodizio also offers an extensive range of national and imported wines as well as tropical cocktails such as the famous caipirinha.
There is a wide variety of desserts, tropical fruit juices and milk shakes, mango sorbet, passion fruit mouse, quindim (a typical Brazilian dessert with ground coconut) and home-baked cakes and pastries.
